Empty spaces after WordPress 5.7 update

To fix the issue, try adding the following piece of CSS code into the Custom CSS code field at the plugin settings page:

    content: none;

Does Shortcodes Ultimate work with the Block Editor?

Yes. The plugin adds the Insert shortcode button to the following blocks:

  • Paragraph
  • Shortcode
  • Classic

If you can’t find the Insert shortcode button in the paragraph block, enable the Top toolbar option:

Where can I find my license key?

Visit the Restore Purchase page. If you’re unable to restore your purchase automatically, ask us to find your key.

How can I customize a shortcode?

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes, but only within 180 days since the original purchase date. Just buy a higher license and send us both order numbers. We’ll then cancel (refund) the first one.

This limitation is added to improve plugin security because shortcodes allowing display sensitive information and even load custom PHP scripts.

What are the system requirements for the plugin?

Shortcodes Ultimate has the following system requirements:

  • PHP version 5.3 or higher
  • WordPress version 4.6 or higher
